She previously vowed to lose weight after being shocked by bikini photos of herself looking rather unflattering on the beach.
And it seems former Big Brother star and self-confessed 'kebab addict' Josie Gibson is keeping up her strict health and fitness regime.
The reality TV star has shed two stone and stepped out in London on Thursday night looking slimmer than ever.
And clearly proud of her new physique she showed it off further by wearing a form-fitting black and cream optical illusion dress.
The 27-year-old headed out for a dinner night with a few of her female pals in London.
She spent the evening in the West End and looked a shadow of her former self as she displayed her slender frame.
Josie wore a beige and black mini-dress which displayed her tanned legs with her blonde locks worn down and wavy.
She even accessorised to perfection, matching her beige heels to her clutch bag.
Josie told Now magazine she had been 'working her a**e off' in short bursts of exercise, known as 'primal training'.
'Even my skin and hair feel healthier - and since I cut down on the booze, saving it for special occasions, I've been thinking clearer and getting loads more done in my life', Josie added.
And the blonde, who is a size 12, doesn't want to stop there and hopes to slim her way down to a size 10.
Gibson's cheek bones even seemed more accentuated as she stepped out on to the street appearing to wait for a taxi.
Earlier this year Josie shocked when she was spotted running on the sand in Ibiza sporting a much larger waistline as she unveiled all in a bikini.
But the images shocked the former Big Brother winner most of all, causing her to take action and drop the pounds.
Josie lost a stone and a half and a dress size after admitting that she had become 'a beast'.
When the bubbly TV personality saw the pictures of herself in a bright pink bikini from her holiday in May she stormed into action as she now wants to look 'hot' for the beach later this year.
Speaking to Closer magazine in June, she said: 'I’d gone out there to look at houses as I was thinking of investing in some property. The last thing I expected was to get photographed and, as far as I’m concerned, I look like a total beast.'
'I was in denial about how big I’d got, but those pictures really brought it home. I couldn’t believe it when I weighed myself and realised I was 14st and a size 16.'
