They may be celebrating 10 years in the music industry with a hotly-anticipated comeback tour, single and album.

But Girls Aloud proved they are more than happy to give their girlband counterparts a run for their money in the sexy stakes as they arrived at the BBC Radio 1 studios in central London on Monday morning.

Leading the way was Cheryl Cole, who showed off her incredible figure and toned pins in a pair of skintight camouflage trousers, which left little to the imagination.

Military chic: Cheryl Cole showed off her slim figure in a pair of skintight camouflage trousers as she arrived at the BBC Radio 1 studios alongside her Girls Aloud bandmates on Monday morning

Balancing on towering lace-up heels, the 29-year-old singer teamed her military-inspired jeans with a black tuxedo jacket, a charcoal grey top and her brunette locks piled into a chic up-do.

Kimberley Walsh also injected a splash of sassiness to her casual ensemble, flaunting her toned legs in a pair of sexy black leather trousers, which she teamed with a grey T-shirt and a charcoal jacket.

The Strictly Come Dancing star certainly seemed to have moved on after landing in the bottom two of the BBC celebrity dancing show on Sunday night alongside Fern Britton, who was eliminated from the competition.

Hell for leather: Kimberley Walsh (L) and Nadine Coyle (R) both sexed up their casual outfits with leather trousers

Kimberley was beaming from ear-to-ear and appeared to be excited about taking part in her first group interview since the band announced their hiatus three years ago.

Writing on her Twitter page, she said: 'On our way to Radio 1!'

Nadine Coyle also opted for a touch of leather, looking effortlessly chic in a pair of wine-coloured leather trousers with bizarre cut-out detail at the knee, which she paired with matching stiletto heels and a black one-shoulder top.

Wrapping up: Nicola Roberts (L) kept cosy in a black woolly hat and a jumper dress, while Sarah Harding looked stylish in a shaggy fur gilet

Sarah Harding cut a stylish figure in a black shaggy fur gilet, black leggings and shoe boots, while her blonde locks were swept up into a topknot.

Meanwhile, Nicola Roberts chose to wrap up against the cold winter weather in a black woolly hat and a khaki jumper dress, which she somewhat bizarrely teamed with a pair of strappy sandals.

And the Call The Shots hitmakers seemed to have a whale of a time as they larked around in the studio with Breakfast Show presenter Nick Grimshaw.

After posing for a photograph together, it wasn't long before the quintet moved to a photobooth, where they were pulling a serious hilarious faces for all to see.

The official Radio 1 Twitter page later said: 'Nadine swore, Nicola loved Westlife, Sarah can't work Twitter, Cheryl loved Ultimate Kaos, Kimberley spilt her coffee #WeloveGirlsAloud.'

The girls also appeared in an interview with BBC Breakfast's Bill Turnbull, where they admitted they found the prospect of releasing new music 'nerve-wracking'.

Cheryl added: 'We don't hold back, we never have. We've always gone in there full-force. It doesn't feel like there's any expectation, it just feels fun!'
